Close to the old city center with easy access to most of the historical sites. Conveniently located near the bridge across the Elbe. The hotel facilities, including the pool and sauna area, were beautiful and well-maintained.

The location of the hotel is absolutely ideal. It is situated in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all major tourist attractions, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. Not only that, but it is also just a stone's throw away from the World Famous Christmas Market, allowing guests to experience the magical holiday atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with well-appointed bathrooms that include jacuzzis. The service is top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety of options to suit every taste.
The restaurant in the hotel, which is ranked as fine dining and specializes in aged steaks, was a big disappointment. The food and service did not live up to expectations, especially when it came to cooking steaks to the desired level of doneness.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! the exclusive amenities really made my experience unforgettable. the spa and wellness centre was excellent, offering a steam room, indoor swimming pool and sauna. the staff provided exceptional service, making me feel well taken care of. the location advantages were optimal, as the venue was within walking distance to all the must-see sights in town.
